Course Pilot Terms

  • Evaluation period: Course pilots are provided free for the first semester to evaluate student engagement and class learning outcomes.
  • No vendor lock-in: At the conclusion of any pilot, instructors and departments may export grades, data, and assignments with zero retention obligations.
  • Instructor control: Faculty retain complete authority over assignment content, problem parameters, and release schedules.

Institutional Rights

  • Content ownership: All intellectual property in course materials, lecture notes, and question sets remains exclusively with the author and institution.
  • Authorized users: Access is restricted to registered students and course staff via institutional email and section enrollment codes.
  • Service availability: MyTA provides continuous technical support and platform monitoring throughout active course terms.
